To pay by Money Order please send an email to orders@eplanetx.net with the items you wish to purchase.
We will respond with an invoice and instructions for mailing the Money Order.
When paying by Money Order we guarantee the item's price and availability for 10 business days from the date the invoice is sent.

We do not have a particular item to sell they are pulled randomly from a case.
They may contain minor creases, scratches, multiple-languages or other superficial imperfections to the packaging.




Returns:


A refund or exchange will be given to all damaged items. The refund will be for the item amount plus any applicable taxes. The shipping charges are not refundable.

Return claims must be submitted within 3 business days from the date the order was delivered. We only accept returns within 30 days from date of purchase.

We will NOT accept a return on an opened and/or undamaged item.

Planet X is not responsible for any item's paint job, sculpting, and/or superficial imperfections in the packaging.

If the order received is incorrect then we will correct the situation. Please contact us for further instruction.
